1.1              Mode of Payment

For payment method, we have several options for the customers to choose according to their preferences or their conveniences.

1.1.1        Online Banking System for Domestic Buyers

For domestic customer, we offer two online banking systems there are maybank2u and also CIMB Clicks.

The best way to confirm customer order is by pre-paying their items. We shall provide our account number in our invoice to customer, so we can check the email after customer ordering.

1.1.2        ATM Cash Deposit Machines

For customer that using this method, they are required to inform us through email once they made the payment together with the invoice number.

1.1.3        Internet banking

Customer can use our email address and include their information. Invoice number in the boxes provided. Simply inform us by email and we will check our bank balances. Customer do not need to copy & paste the statement/receipt.

If the customers use Online Banking/ATM Fund Transfer using other banks to us, (i.e. Public Bank to Maybank) they will have wait for 3 working days for customer payment to clear in our accounts before we can ship their orders out.

1.1.4        Western Union for Overseas Buyers

As for the customer overseas, we only offer and accept one type payment method, that is through Western Union.
