1.1 Delivery
1.1.1 Via Postal
It is straight forward and well documented especially for PosLaju which covers damages and losses. We will weigh the items and calculate the shipping charges for the Invoice. All items will be shipped from Johor, Malaysia.
Option A: PosExpress
· Applies only to one (or two) items under 500grams that would fit the 353×250mm envelope.
· Costs RM4 per envelope.
· IMPORTANT! PosExpress shipments will take 1 working day to arrive at Zone A addresses and 2-3 days to Zones B & C.
Option B: PosLaju
Our PosLaju shipping rates are as followed:
· Within Peninsular Malaysia: RM7 for the first 2 items below 0.5kg (RM6+RM1 for packaging). Add RM1 for each additional item (0.25kg)
· Sarawak: RM9 for the first 2 items below 0.5kg (RM8+RM1 for packaging). Add RM1.50 for each additional item (0.25kg)
· Sabah: RM10 for the first 2 items below 0.5kg (RM9+RM1 for packaging). Add RM2 for each additional item (0.25kg)
PosLaju takes 1-2 working days to deliver packages.
1.1.2 Door-to-Door.
We could send the orders right to customer doorstep around Parit Raja or Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia college residence. Other place we use this option only if customer cannot use the other two methods above, as both of us might not have the time to deliver the items to customer. However, we will have the extra charge in order to cover the transportation cost.
